Womens Fitness Food Pyramid has information on the 2005 new government food and exercise pyramid.

The United States Government food pyramid has given us information regarding proper nutrition for years.

The schools taught the USDA’s Food Pyramid.

Womens Fitness helps you understand the difference in food plans.

This guideline divided the foods we eat into food groups and divided them according to importance in our diet.

The foods were in 4 basic food groups. The groups were grain products, vegetables and fruits, dairy products and meat and protein foods.

This guide was revised in 2005.

The serving sizes are now in easy to understand cups and ounces. That's a good change!
