A specific function – an upcoming holiday, graduation, a wedding, a new job, a meeting, your birthday,  a great trip,  sport competition.

 

Get your pen and be honest with yourself.  Dream and visualize your results.

 2.  What benefits do you see for yourself when you achieve your goals?

 

List as many reasons and benefits as you can think of and keep your answers with you at all times.  Put them on your mirror, in your calendar, at work.
